SALUD & BIENESTAR
Conducting Medical Brigades in hard-to-reach rural areas to provide free medical, dental, nutritional, optometric, and psychological care to children, youth, parents, and/or guardians of the beneficiary population.
Building and managing primary care clinics offering general and preventive medicine, pediatrics, gynecology- obstetrics, internal medicine, radiology and imaging, general dentistry, optometry, nutrition, psychology, and pharmacy services. Additionally, providing specialized studies, laboratory, and imaging services. Ensuring that the population directly benefiting from the organization has free access, while extending these services to the general population at extremely low and affordable prices.
UNA VIVIENDA DIGNA
The 'Una Vivienda digna' program, led by Sonrisas sin Fronteras, aims to provide comfortable and high-quality homes to low-income families in rural areas.

Confronting challenges ranging from deteriorating housing to overcrowded conditions, the project employs a comprehensive model that establishes connections between volunteers and beneficiaries, seeking solutions to enhance living conditions and child development in these communities.​
Emphasizing its environmental commitment, the constructed houses will be eco-friendly.
CREA & APRENDE
This comprehensive program stands out for its diverse educational workshops, carefully crafted to promote learning and the development of skills and abilities. From artistic activities to language, science, and technology workshops.

Sonrisas sin Fronteras will build the necessary schools to conduct these workshops. This initiative not only ensures access to education but also creates an environment conducive to learning and creativity. 'Crea y Aprende' not only aims to teach tangible skills but also to inspire participants to explore their potential and contribute positively to their communities.
HUERTOS SOSTENIBLES
Huertos Sostenibles, led by Sonrisas sin Fronteras, merges environmental education and the fight against hunger. Children and youth experience a unique connection with nature by cultivating organic food, promoting food security, and sustainable habits.
